Mun srl collects and/or receives information concerning the interested party such as: personal data, name, surname, company name, physical address, nationality, province and municipality of residence, landline and/or mobile telephone number, fax, fiscal code, address/ the emails. Bank details, IBAN and bank/postal details.
The aforementioned data are used by Mun srl to proceed with the execution of the established contract, according to legal obligations, as regards the financial administration of the State, the accounting and administrative management and the management of commercial relations.
The data processing takes place to implement the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations resulting from the conclusion of a contract concerning the purchase of products marketed by Mun srl, the management of the relative order, the relative invoicing and payment management, the handling of complaints, the provision of the assistance itself as well as the fulfillment of all obligations deriving from the contract.
The information requested is necessary for Mun srl for the fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, therefore any refusal to supply them will make it impossible to execute the contract. These data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in any case no later than the terms established by specific legal obligations.
The data will be processed by appointed personnel, suitably trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the owner.

In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to data concerning you, their rectification or cancellation, integration of incomplete data, limitation of processing; to receive the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to oppose all or part of the use of the data, as well as to exercise the other rights granted to you by the applicable legislation.
